I am Alexandros, a politically seasoned analyst currently pursuing a Master’s in European Public Policy Analysis at the College of Europe, Bruges, under the European Commission’s European Neighbourhood Policy Scholarship. Having worked in Greek politics and interned in the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Athens, I believe public policy must go beyond theory: embracing political cost, strategic timing, procedural cohesion, and stakeholder complexity.

My passion lies in renewable energy especially hydrogen, decarbonized transport, infrastructure policy, and the EU’s engagement with its wider geopolitical surroundings—the Neighbours of the EU’s Neighbours. Previously, I contributed to academic research on EU–U.S.–Turkey relations as a researcher at the Turkish and Eurasian Studies Laboratory of the University of Piraeus.

Fluent in Greek, English, and French, and currently learning Spanish, I bring a hands-on mindset to public policy merging  data as observations that connect logic and benchmarks to the complicated reality of governance.
